What is DBS Vickers App?
DBS Vickers App is a mobile share trading app that lets you enjoy the convenience of trading on your mobile device and stay in touch with the markets while on-the-go, anytime anywhere.
Which mobile device is DBS Vickers App available on?
DBS Vickers App is currently available on the iPhone, iPod Touch and Android phones.
Where can I download the DBS Vickers App application?
Simply proceed to the Apple App Store or Google Play store, search for 'DBS Vickers' and tap 'Install'.
Can I log in to DBS Vickers App using digibank User ID and PIN? (applicable to SG individual accounts only)
Yes, you may log in to DBS Vickers App using your bank User ID and PIN. Simply select “Log in with digibank User ID” when you open the DBS Vickers App.
What if I have forgotten my digibank User ID and PIN?

If you have forgotten your digibank User ID/PIN, you can obtain your User ID and reset your PIN online by clicking Log in with digibank User ID >  Forgot User ID or PIN on the Login page to retrieve/reset your User ID or PIN respectively.

A registered DBS iB Secure Device or One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile phone is required to complete the transaction online. You can use the new iBanking User ID/PIN immediately to log in to iBanking and digibank app.

What can I do if I encountered problems when trying to log into DBS Vickers App?

Should you encounter problems accessing DBS Vickers App, please try the following solutions:

  • Check our maintenance schedule by clicking on “Important Notices” via mTrading login page.

  • If your login is still unsuccessful after repeated tries, you may contact our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 for assistance.
Is there a fee to access DBS Vickers App?
DBS Vickers App is a free service to give you greater convenience. However, data charges may apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for details on data charges.
What features are available on DBS Vickers App?

Most of the commonly-used features on the DBS Vickers online trading platform are available on DBS Vickers App. These include:

  • access to multiple markets, including Singapore. Hong Kong, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Japan
  • real-time stock quotes
  • customizable watchlists and portfolios
  • monitoring of orders
  • viewing of share transactions settlement details, holdings
  • 2FA security feature
Can I view my watchlists/custom portfolios created via the online trading website on DBS Vickers App and vice versa?
Yes. Changes are synchronised and replicated on both systems.
Are the market quotes displayed on DBS Vickers App real time?

Free real-time quotes are available on equities listed on the United States* (US), Hong Kong (HK) and Singapore (SG) markets. The Dow Jones index is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Quotes for Canada (CA) and United Kingdom (UK) markets are delayed by 15 minutes; Australia (AU) and Japan (JP) markets are delayed by 20 minutes.

*US OTC quotes are delayed by 15 minutes
Apart from the DBS Vickers app, what else do I need to have to start mobile trading?
You will need to have an online trading account with DBS Vickers.
Do I access both my online trading account and my DBS Vickers App using the same User ID and Login password?
You may log in using your DBS Vickers online trading account User ID and password or iBanking User ID and PIN via DBS/POSB iBanking or DBS Vickers App to access your individual online trading account.
Can I access my online trading account and my DBS Vickers App account at the same time?
No, you can only log into either account at any one time.
Is there a difference in the brokerage commissions when I trade using DBS Vickers App and the online trading platform?
No. DBS Vickers standard online brokerage commissions for cash trades apply to both channels. Cash Upfront trades are available for placement via DBS digibank and DBS Vickers App.
Can I access DBS Vickers App if I am travelling overseas?
Yes. You can access DBS Vickers App anywhere as long as you have a wireless Internet or data connection on your mobile device. Please note that overseas data roaming and access charges may apply.
